Installation service fee is $40.00 plus the mandatory Family Pak rate which is $49.99 and the option of purchasing or renting a Set Top Box. The cost of a Set Top Box is $100.00 if you purchase it and $50.00 deposit + $10.00 monthly rental fee if you rent it. Basically, it will be totaled to $189.99 if you purchase a box and $149.99 if you plan to rent a box.

You will need two valid ID's (passport, driver's license, or insurance card), installation and Set Top Box payment, and the mandatory Family Pak payment.

Yes. Since we are using a wireless digital technology, you can have the service installed at your place anywhere in Providenciales, North Caicos, Middle Caicos and South Caicos.

Our basic television package is called "Family Pak" and it includes 70+ channels. We also have other TV package like "Cinema Pack" with 12 movie channels, "Sports Pak" with 8 sports-filled channels, and many more. You can refer to our Prices and Packages for the TV package rates.

Customer must sign up for "Family Pak" in order to receive any additional package.

Yes. You need to purchase or rent a Set Top Box for each TV that will be connected to our service.

All service accounts are due for payment on the first day of the month; however, payments may be made without penalties up to the 28th of the month. If the 28th falls on a weekend or holiday, accounts should be brought up to date by the last business day prior to the 28th.

You can pay your bills at our offices located at Stubbs Diamond Plaza, The Bight, Providenciales, High Rock House, Bottle Creek, North Caicos and PTV Satellite Office in South Caicos. We are open Mondays thru Fridays from 8:00am to 4:30pm and Saturdays/Holidays from 9:00-1:00pm. You can also pay your bills using online banking services at Scotiabank, First Caribbean International Bank and Royal Bank of Canada.

Yes. Reconnection fee is $20.00.
